Hi welcome to HCM....

If along with reports history is provided then further better guidence can be given....

Here according to report you are h.pylori positive and sgpt raised....
So you might have gastritis as h.pylori positive....
If you are symptomatic with abdominal pain by gastritis then treatment given by omeprazole plus amoxycillin and clarithromycine.....
Meanwhile for it excess spicy food , alcohol and smoking restricted....

For raised sgpt investigate with USG or HIDA scan like investigation ....
Alcohol and drug history has to be ruled out as they can affect liver....

Consult physician with keeping this in mind....
